  1. I am so thankful that God brought you to Benton. How you and Sylvia have impacted my life and ministry is incalculable. There is not a week that goes by in my pastorate that your influenced is not manifested. Much thanks to you and even more to our gracious God for his Providence in bringing you into my life when He did.

We were blest by this man's ministry so much that words cannot adequately explain those blessings. This man of God made the Old Testament come to life for us as well as always never failing to make God's Gospel clear. He has indeed a servant of the Most High God in the most excellent of ways. We are also priviledged to call he and Sylvia dear friends. A pastor and friend who was always there when he was needed.

  3. Brother Roger, greetings from South Africa. One of the highlights of my visits to the USA has surely been all those breakfasts with you, and then ofcourse, I will never forget the privilege of preaching from the pulpit God had entrusted to you. Thank you for your much thought-through wisdom that jump out from the pages of your books, but also for your on-the-spot wisdom that I so greatly enjoyed in our times together. May God bless you richly in the years still to come. Yours in Christ always, by God's grace.

  4. Brett and I have been tremendously blessed by the friendship you and Sylvia have given us. Thank you! Thank you for all the encouragement you gave us years ago as we began our marriage and ministry life. We have seen God's grace abound to us through you both. Thank you for standing fervently on the truth of God's Word for His glory.

  5. Brother Roger,
Scott, Seth and I came to Immanuel seeking gospel preaching from the pulpit. It was difficult leaving our lifelong home church, but sitting under your teaching was so encouraging. Thank you for your unfailing faithfullness to the scripture. May God continue to bless you as you serve Him. We love you and Sylvia.
